Oversee the technical closing function by providing leadership for the Company's three Clark County, WA Branches. Interview prospective personnel with subsequent recommendations for hiring. Attended to innumerable personnel issues and determined movement, with the Branches, to cover workload on a daily basis. Closed many and varied residential and commercial transactions - maintaining by own Escrow Desk. Worked with Sales staff to build, coordinate and boost customer/client relationships.
