Daily Duties at Medici Nova Inc:

Responsibilities included managing the start-up of a phase II trial in an emergency room setting, processing and maintenance of regulatory documents that entailed collection, submission and approval process. Follow up site progress to manage trials toward established goals and target dates. Assisted in CDA and CTA reviews, assisted in site selection and management, reviewed informed consent forms prior to IRB submissions, supported sites in local and central IRB submissions, assisted with protocol/amendments and Investigator's brochure development, ensured accurate tracking and reporting of study timelines, maintained study documents to include setting up and managing the electronic trial master file, responsible for timely development, review, assembly and shipment of the regulatory, pharmacy and reference binders, assessed monitoring reports, compiled data and information regarding status of enrollment and contracts. Participated in clinical site visits as a co-monitor, assisted with coordination and conduct of investigator meetings, responsible for forecasting and shipment of clinical/non-clinical supplies, assisted in development of study specific templates to include tracking systems and study specific logs, daily interaction with project team vendors, CROs and clinical staff at the study sites.
