leading a team of skilled research associates and lobratory technologists to produce, validated and launched murine monoclonal antibodies recognizing a variety of cellular targets involved in cancer. Communicate with scientists abroad for collaborating projects and licensing procedures. Prepared technical reports and QC each antibody before launch.
