· Formulate all Division Office recruiting, training, marketing, and administrative strategic planning initiatives for this seven state territory. · Establish creative partnerships/joint ventures with agents, staff, home office associates and clients. · Establish, moniter, individual production goals and prepare and perform annual performance appraisals for over 40 agents and staff. · Recruited, trained and mentored over 50 new agents – ranking number two in the country out of 33 Divisions over a two year period. · Led the Division Office into the top 5 in percentage of new business applications submitted, boosting annual new business premium 275%. · Administrate Human Resource, thics, and corporate comlpiance policy and proceedure. · Increased company marketing conversion ratio 350 plus percent.
