Oversaw vendor selection and led productive contract negotiations. Launched recruitment campaigns in support of specialized hiring needs. Stewarded a $1.7 million budget. Designed and implemented staffing procedures and guidelines. Made critical improvements to the College Relations and Recruitment Program. Collaborated with executive management to forecast staffing needs.
