Spearheaded all areas of HR in the US as the top ranking US-based HR professional in the organization. Participated proactively in high-level decision-making as member of the executive team. Managed employee relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, facilities, and worker's compensation. Led affirmative action planning. Defined policies and procedures. Steered employee communication and retention initiatives. Developed strategic plans and budgets. Oversaw vendor negotiations/selection, as well as 401(k), stock administration, training, immigration, and relocation. Provided leadership to the HR and facilities staff with oversight of 3 sites (New York, Salt Lake City, Santa Clara, and remote employees). Partnered with global and site executives.
