Daily Duties at Ripken Baseball/San Jose Giants:
Responsible for the day to day duties of a newly created ticket sales department. Created and supervised the implementation of strategic ticket sales marketing plan. Coordinated the planning, creation and execution of direct mail marketing plan. Supervised the game day operations of ticket sales staff most notably customer service. Accountable for staffing, strategic directives and training of four to six person sales staff. Handled the troubleshooting of any customer problems or inquiries. Prepared daily and weekly sales reports. Organized weekly sales staff meeting and one on one meetings.
