Daily Duties at Augusta Green Jackets Baseball:

Responsible for overseeing the overall day to day business operations including company vision and long-range strategic planning. Coordinated the redefining of the organizational structure and the major pricing decisions. Generated Corporate Partnership sales through prospecting, scheduling of needs analysis appointments and the presentation of partnership proposals. Developed, negotiated and fulfilled all Corporate Partnership agreements and consumer promotions. Created and implemented strategic sales and marketing plan and established sales and marketing objectives. Coordinated the planning and execution of multi-media and direct mail marketing campaign. Developed and supervised maintenance of company customer relationship management and put into action target marketing plan. Supervised all aspects of game day operations of professional baseball game. Responsible for the purchasing and maintenance of merchandising and promotional inventory. Assisted in the hiring, training and managing of up to 15 full-time front office staff and up to 100 seasonal interns and game day staff. Implemented customer service policies and developed customer appreciation events and functions. Prepared daily and weekly sales and marketing reports. Oversaw and participated in weekly departmental and corporate-wide meetings.
