Daily Duties at Keane Inc:

• Led the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of credit card swipe module which is a part of payment processing in JD Edwards. • Led the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of several payment processing (authorization and settlement) enhancements to certify for industry standards. • Led the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of gift card payment processing project. Worked closely with Valuelink and ISD. • Led the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of adding financing (GE Capital, American General Finance, Household, Citibank) payment processing. Worked closely with the respective banks and ISD. • One of the leads in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Siebel-JDE Integration project which involved creation of several interfaces like item master interface, customer master interface, order details interface, order status interface, payment interface and onsite interface. • Led the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of custom module called SBLOM (Siebel Order Management) which enabled the users to have restricted order management (header, detail, freight, discount and payment) access on Siebel orders that are interface to JD Edwards. • One of the leads in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Web-JDE Integration project which involved the creation/enhancement of several interfaces to send/receive data between JDE and web application. • Responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of archive/purge processes for several database files in JD Edwards. • Lead developer in the service entitlement project which enabled the business to tie warranty to the end user of the product accurately. • Lead analyst and developer for several enhancements to JD Edwards order entry process to support business needs. Lead developer for several EDI interface projects. • On-call pager duty and daily production support of all JD Edwards World modules, custom modifications, and third-party application interfaces.
