Daily Duties at Gateway:

• Lead analyst and lead developer for the upgrade of the ISD Integrated systems Development) software used by Gateway for payment processing and heavily involved in the certification process with VISANET, AMEX and all financing partners. • Lead analyst and lead developer for implementing the AMEX CAPN changes and VISANET new sign-on and level3 certification changes. • Lead analyst and lead developer in the hold code processing enhancement project which included but not limited to applying hold based on part# and restrict hold code release • One of the lead Analysts responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of Gateway’s most successful Order Entry application - written in JAVA and interfaced to the JD Edwards World Order Management module. • Part of team that analyzed and applied daylight savings time change patches to oracle e-business suite. • Performed several clones to refresh the test and development instances (DB and middle-tier) of oracle e-business suite application with production data. • Performed daily and weekly system monitoring activities for oracle e-business suite DB and MT which included clearing log files, checking disk space, performance tuning, checking concurrent managers, monitoring CPU for high usage, checking and rebuilding indexes, checking cron job logs, checking for deadlocks and monitoring tablespace usage. • Responsible for setting up new users, end dating users, adding new responsibilities, setting up concurrent requests and requests sets and setting up printers in oracle e-business suite. • On-call duty and daily production support of all JD Edwards World modules, custom modifications, and third-party application interfaces. • On-call duty and daily production support for oracle E-business Suite system administration related issues.
