Daily Duties at Alcoa, Inc:
Responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network and PC troubleshooting. Handled different areas of the facility, including periodic off-site hours on on-call support which was recognized by the organization. Handled out sources in the Midwest Region remotely as well as local support such as the Barberton area. Refreshed PC's and maintained Asset Management throughout the facility. Escalated issues as needed and maintained communications with customer and technical teams. Utilized Remedy System to record and track issues.
