Daily Duties at Adams And Associates:
As a Staffing and Placement Specialist, my responsibilities included: sourcing, networking, identifying, contacting, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessing, testing/training, presenting, negotiating terms/salaries and presenting offers.I consulted with and often mentored applicants and candidates; referring them for temporary/contract/temporary-to-direct, and direct placement positions across industry, such as: administrative, service/support, general clerical, data entry, and customer service, etc. Promoted to Sr. Account Manager in the Bellevue office in 1995, I was responsible for marketing our company, services and skill-set marketing of candidates to clients and companies to increase market presence/business and ensure proper placement of employees. This role enabled me to work directly with client companies and potential customers, support more sr.-level, technical-professional positions, learn to effectively market and develop my sales/presentation skills. I consistently demonstrated professionalism and the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.met/exceeeded both personal and established sales, placement and gross margin goals.
