Daily Duties at Uniforce Staffing Services:

Recruited by franchise owner. As a Sr. Staffing & Direct Placement Specialist, I was responsible for: sourcing, networking, identifying, contacting, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessing, testing/training and presenting candidates for direct, temporary, contract, and temporary-to-direct placement within administrative, service/support, field tech., machining, assembly, general clerical, and customer service-related positions across industry. I consulted with and mentored applicants, negotiated terms/salaries and presented offers. Promoted to Office/Business Development Manager, I was responsible for managing a small office of 3-4 employees, and active (internal/external) marketing of our company, services and skill-set marketing of sr.-level candidates to clients and prospective client companies. This increased market presence and established opportunities for increased/future business and helped to ensure proper placement of employees. Instrumental in achieving 'above average to excellent' ratings with our largest client customer, Boeing. I worked closely with the owner to establish goals, business development plans/projections and create/implement both new and required policies/proceedures as we grew. Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work well both individually, as a manager as well as a team member. Consistently met/exceeeded both personal and established sales, placement, gross margin and management goals.
