Daily Duties at Comforce Corporation:
Recruited by Comforce after Comforce Corp. purchase/acquisition of Uniforce Staffing Services. My initial role was to manage and support all Uniforce's (former) employees working on-site at Boeing through the payroll transition. Once the transition form Uniforce to Comforce was successful and complete, I was exended and accepted a direct offer of Sr. Technical Recruiter. Within this role, my responsibilities included: sourcing, networking, identifying, contacting, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessing, testing, presenting, negotiating terms/salaries and presenting offers. I consulted with and mentored applicants and candidates; referring them for temporary, contract, temporary-to-direct placement within technical fields such as: IT/IS (network, OS, DBA, system architects, developers, testers), web development/maintenance, SW/HW engineering roles, across industry for companies such as: Boeing, Microsoft, Matsushita, Olin Aerospace, Parametrics, Nintendo, PACCAR, etc. I consistently met/exceeded both personal and established recruiting, placement and gross margin goals.
