Daily Duties at Kimco Financial Solutions:

Relocated from Northern CA. As a Sr. Staffing Consultant, I was responsible for: sourcing, networking,identifying, contacting, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessing, testing, presenting, negotiating terms/salaries and presenting offers. I consulted with and often mentored applicants and candidates, reccommending them for temporary, contract, and temporary-to-direct placement within accounting, finance, administration, customer service and support related roles, across industry. Promoted to Executive Recruiter, I was responsible for marketing our company, services and skill-set marketing of candidates to clients and companies to increase market presence/business and ensure proper placement of employees. This role enabled me to work directly with clients and customers regularly, recruit and support more sr.-level, technical-professionals and positions. Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work well both individually and as part of a team. Consistently met/exceeeded both personal and established sales and service contacts, placements and gross margin goals.
