Daily Duties at Greenpoint Technologies:

Recruited by the company president. The Recruiter position was created with the goal of growing the organization to better support current and future business goals. I held full-charge responsibilities for: sourcing, networking,identifying, contacting, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessing skills and experience to determine qualifications, those who qualified were presented to hiring managers for consideration; those who didn't match the requirements were advised, resumes kept on file for future consideration, and added to our database, network of contacts and ATS. I negotiated terms/salaries, and presented offers. I worked closely with hiring managers, directors, and HR to create job descriptions, establish KSA's, to effectivley and properly slot positions within our established position matrix. Responsible for advertising of open positions, revieiwng/contacting all applicants; following and supporting through the application process. I created several reporting tools, progress reports, and recruiting metrics utilized by the HR dept. and executive management. Acted as point of contact for all outside staffing agencies/firms and independant recruiters; creating/implementing processes for vendor approval, responsible for final sign-off of TandC's and contracts.
