Managed the MCO Business Line Quality Department with a $3.3 million dollar budget and accountability for worldwide customer quality support. Oversaw the projects and activities of a team of Quality Engineers; held project assignment, priority determination and financial oversight for assigned resources from a central services group. Managed all quality-related qualifications and monitoring, customer interface and support, document control, failure analysis and returned material monitoring. Provided leadership throughout the Business Line to ensure compliance with quality goals. => Supervised the activities of a quality engineering contract service in Germany supporting European customers.
