Daily Duties at Signetics Corporation:
Worked in the Automotive Product Group, directly supporting several automotive accounts that included Chrysler/Acustar, GM/Delco, and Bosch. Reviewed and negotiated customer specifications. Designed, documented and negotiated new part and part change qualification plans. Coordinated, tracked and ran qualification stress programs while resolving qualification failures and implementing corrective action. Oversaw product/process change coordination and notification. => Implemented customer quality programs into product groups and managed acceptance programs, driving numerous product quality and reliability improvements. => Served as the customer contact for quality issues that included line pull, car plant, warranty failures, failure analysis requests resolution and other items. => Participated as a key member of Cross Functional Team for new product design, development and introduction.
