Daily Duties at Nxp/Philips Semiconductors:
Oversee projects and activities of product lines located in Albuquerque, NM, San Jose, CA, Europe and Singapore. Ensure compliance with BL Connectivity and Product Division Semiconductor quality goals. Oversee quality related functions that include policy implementation, supplier quality assurance, process/product qualifications and monitoring, customer interface and support, document control, failure analysis, returned material monitoring and ISO certification. => Manage the Connectivity Business Line Quality Department with global accountability for quality engineering support. => Supervise project assignments, set priorities and exercise financial oversight for assigned resources from a central services group consisting of a Reliability Engineer, Package Engineer, Failure Analysis Group, and Document Control Group. => Implement and manage Quality and Continuous Improvement Programs.
