Daily Duties at Comfort Suites :
Front desk service agent and night auditor involved with customer service, register operations, servicing reservations, organization, paperwork, selling the rooms to walk-ins and permeate residences. Responsibilities include the dependability, nightly audit of the day’s revenue, accounts receivable, posting payments, wake up calls, running folios, collecting payments, knowledge of the surrounding area, recommendations of directions and restaurants, deliveries of incidentals, and keeping the hotel in order.
