Daily Duties at Dhm Hotels Strathallan Hotel:

My title is banquet captain, although I am doing all of the manager duties and some of the F & B duties. I am responsible for the hiring and scheduling of staff. Scheduling for all banquet events and directing set up and cleanup of these events, including bar. Working closely with event contact in order to keep them returning to our hotel. Working closely with GM, F & B manager and sales to be sure that all is well in the banquet dept. Care, maintenance of all banquet equipment.
