Qualified Plan Services Manager (March 1995 – November 1998) • Managed 50 associates. • Administered over 20,000 retirement plans. • Managed all third party vendor relationships. • Administered workflow organization. • Coordinated all aspects of annual budget process. • Developed an automated method for contribution processing for all plans. • Developed and implemented all business-plan initiatives. • Reengineered all departmental workflows to accommodate implementation of imaging technology. • Managed all internal and external relationships to ensure superior customer service is provided. • Developed formal mentor program to assist new employees during transition from corporate training. • Established quality and reward recognition programs.
