Daily Duties at We Energies:
Supervised employees with responsibilities covering Help Desk tools, IT fulfillment requests, printer administration for standard and multi-function printers, and contracts for Service Desk contractors. Maintained and refined Problem Management procedures as department’s ITIL Problem Management Process Owner. Served on ITIL Change Management Council. Collaborated with other Service Desk Team Leads as well as all other support groups across the IT Services department to resolve client issues. Provide business consulting on projects to improve Help Desk productivity and IT Services productivity.
