 Effectively hired, trained and directed 50-member outbound call center staff and actively collaborated in operational functions such as employee scheduling, evaluating performance and providing guidance/mentoring.  Successfully design and draft process and procedural updates to improve call center efficiency and quality.  Proficiently create and implement quality control processes, resulting in 95% of employees consistently meeting target goals.  Consistently generate numerous reports detailing and measuring production, quality, growth, and profits.
