Executive Assistant to the CEO of corporate communications company. Coordinated extensive international and domestic travel arrangements and expenses. Oversaw and supervised entire administrative staff and facilities department. Assisted with the development of company travel and entertainment policies. Worked with finance, instituting policies for the processing of time sheets and purchase orders. On company’s committee to ensure that MJM was in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Worked closely with architects in the design and planning of MJM’s Washington, DC office. Assisting the Los Angeles and Detroit offices in processing their expenses and vendor invoices
