Daily Duties at Mc Alister Institute:
Screening clients for Co-occurring diagnosis, and conduct brief assessments such as ILSA (Integrated Longitudinal Strength-Based Assessment) and ASI (Addiction Severity Index). Make necessary referrals to appropriate mental health/co-occurring providers. Run psycho-educational groups. Run co-occurring groups. Meet with OTP (Offender Treatment Program) Parole Agent and staff about clients. Meet with individuals who are Prop-36 SACPA referred for DCH treatment and ODF treatment about any mental health concerns and medication concerns while in treatment.
