Daily Duties at Covance Laboratories, Inc.:
Asked to join the Covance team located in the Kellogg Company facilities. Part of a 2-person office that serviced the Kellogg Product Developers & the Chemistry Analysts, both in-house and out. Significantly changed the office layout for greater efficiency & customer satisfaction. Reorganized filing system and developed new lab request forms. Received very positive feedback on my contribution to improved customer relations. Participate on the Safety Team and have spoken at several events. Worked primarily in Word, LIMS, & Outlook.
