Responsible for critical shipments of dry foods from/to the Kellogg Walnut & Stockton Distribution Centers in California. Acted as liaison between these centers and the Product Availability team. Moderated daily conference calls with the centers and the customer service representatives. Updated daily product review sheets with details of potential cuts and other pertinent information affecting case fill. Conducted Expediter training. Designed forms for conference calls & stock load creation that are being used in the expediter training process. Utilized SAP, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, & Outlook software.
