• Built new indirect Channel Sales organization to facilitate regional and nationwide expansion. • Recruited and trained new sales reps and channel partners. • Developed and sold hosted VoIP, SIP, Integrated T-1s, Metro Ethernet and Managed Services solutions. • Developed and implemented numerous processes to improve productivity and increase sales.
