Provides Auto policy and claims service for members; furnishes response to Auto service events, determining whether to handle the request or refer to a higher level of expertise; supplies members with guidance as to most appropriate coverage and process changes in accordance with members’ needs and company procedures; collects information necessary to appropriately underwrite and price the product; records initial Auto loss reports, verifies coverage, and concludes low-complexity claims; and receives and records Property initial loss reports.
