Daily Duties at Usaa:
Takes any and all actions utilizing established guidelines, knowledge of competitor’s business practices, and in accordance with regulatory requirements to save members, including international members intending to take their business elsewhere by ensuring proper company placement/ tier, reviewing applicable discounts, resolving concerns/complaints, comparing competitor’s quotes, explaining membership value, and offering replacement policies and/or other financial/insurance products to meet an unmet need or compare competitor’s products; conducts personal account reviews for high-value members and serves their needs; determines why members leave; non-renews members after providing comprehensive account reviews and informs them that their Auto policy will be placed in a non-standard company/tier due to poor or deteriorated household driving record; offers SR-22 when a state requires member to prove financial responsibility by placing Auto policy into a non-standard company/tier; offers NDE for an individual operator and placing only that operator into a non-standard company/tier; conducts out-bound calls to recapture members; coordinates with other enterprise MRTs; performs reverse flows from non-standard Auto company to standard company when household driving records improve; researches and adjusts dwelling values when replacement cost increased 70% to 100% as a result of Marshall/Swift/ Boeckh surveys; performs Senior duties to include distributing diaries, assigning image, checking voice mail, and handling appeals; and conducts on-the-job coaching/mentoring of new employees, employees acquiring new skills, procedural changes, and team initiatives.
