Daily Duties at Usaa:
Licensed in all states to service members for P&C personal lines of insurance and qualified for international policies; proactively builds lifetime relationships by educating members; provides expert, highly specialized, prompt, empathetic, appropriate, efficient, and professional service in areas of complex risk analysis underwriting, account reviews, divorce, estate, complaints, high-value, high-profile, and employee accounts requiring unique and comprehensive analysis with accuracy and timeliness; proactively listens, converses, recommends, solicits, identifies products, and delivers solutions to meet members’ needs; establishes rapport with members, and identifies and closes coverage gaps; furnishes members with guidance on most appropriate policy coverage, and their purpose and application; responds to change requests in accordance with members’ needs and company procedures in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment while balancing multiple tasks; performs underwriting analysis to evaluate risk acceptability and determines appropriate product pricing; recognizes life events and advises/educates or refers members to provide enterprise solutions to meet their needs; takes over member calls when specialty skills are required for negotiation/conflict resolution to alleviate member’s concerns or complaints, and/or to save their business; assists members with internet service solutions; conducts training and assistance to include retention techniques; responds to peers’ questions; serves as a role model; and assists with timely resolution of unit diaries
