Daily Duties at Eberl Claim Service:
Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles residential and commercial first- and third-party wind/hail property claims in austere conditions; verifies coverage, legal liability, and extent of damage to property; prepares structural repair estimates with draft authority; applies settlement procedures to process assigned claims; recognizes and refers claims with subrogation potential; communicates with customers, agents, and employees by phone, correspondence, and/or in person; answers insurance-related questions; utilizes problem solving and decision making skills to work with customers through a variety of challenging situations to include clean-up.
