• Developed and implemented grass root process improvement and waste reduction program, which was subsequently distributed to all US manufacturing plants. • Facilitated change management training modules for all salaried and hourly manufacturing employees. • Provided coaching and support to management team to facilitate culture change from hierarchical to participatory and inclusive. • Mentored two production supervisory one on one to enable their crews to develop behaviors and methods that reduced waste by 15% on their respective shifts. • Responsible for evaluation and compliance testing of all incoming raw materials in addition day to day running of raw materials plant. • Worked with maintenance manager and maintenance department to identify down day repairs lists and well as one off emergency fixes. • Lead team of four hourly raw materials operators in daily manufacturing operations.
