Daily Duties at James Hardie Building Products:
•Responsible for troubleshooting and developing raw materials base line data for wood pulp plants at 9 manufacturing facilities. •Developed testing system to evaluate in process pulp quality through the refining process. •Negotiated terms with third party pulp vendor to gain free access to pulp testing equipment and technicians. •Implemented six sigma based control charting for raw materials pulp plants in three of nine manufacturing sites. •Trained on site raw materials operators and engineers in new wood pulp testing and quality assurance systems based upon base line testing data.
