Daily Duties at Levy Restaurants:

Club, Banquets, and Sales Manager (June 2004 – January 2005) - Opened new venue for Levy Restaurants, the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles. - Catered to high profile executives and celebrities. - Managed all food, beverage, and special requests including audio, visual, and setups for banquets. - Responsible for keeping labor costs within budget. - Coordinated all operations relating to a 600-person capacity meeting room. Club Manager, Grand Reserve Club, Arena Club (September 2003 – June 2004) - Managed all food, beverage and party activities for major executives and celebrities at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. - Provided continuous training to a staff of 45 employees. - Maintained accurate inventory of liquor, wine, cigars, and small-wares. - Hosted exclusive events for the Grammy’s and NBA All-Star Game. - Successfully kept labor costs within budget. Banquet Manager (May 2003 – September 2003) - Trained and managed a staff of 15 in the International Room of the Arlington Race Track in Arlington Heights, Illinois. - Coordinated banquet event orders through sales department. - Worked with chefs weekly to determine food and beverage menu. - Coordinated all operations relating to a 375-person capacity banquet room. - Ensured accurate, up-to-date inventory of liquor, wine, dinnerware and linen.
