Daily Duties at Millenia Housing:
Maintain one hundred apartments in one complex, ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring and other repairs, cleaning and routine maintenance. Maintain apartment complex grounds including landscaping, cleanliness and curb appeal. Act as liaison with outside contractors for services such as larger plumbing needs. Supervision and assignment of two coworkers. Completing requisitions for supplies and maintaining accurate inventories. On-call duties via pager for three weeks a month at a minimum, for maintenance emergencies or urgent conditions.
