Assisted adults with barriers to employment in learning the vocational skills at center based and community settings. Communicated with clients’ case managers in coordinating a treatment plan based on the clients’ needs and goals. Utilized organizational and problem solving skills to develop and implement behavioral management programs that were specific to the individual’s needs. Prepared professional written reports and presented oral presentations of those reports to clients’ teams.
