Market Manpower and promotional opportunities with customers and employees. Increase market share and operating profits. Achieved profit results consistent with established expectations. Train and educate employees. Managed permanent and temporary staff of 160+ employees. Select the right employee for the right employer. Created sales opportunities for permanent Manpower staff and computer testing. Organized budgets, compensation, training, and development.
