As Project Mgr.Established production line and purchased Material and capital equipment to meet MIL-Q9858 specifications, hired and trained technical staff and oversaw products through environmental testing and reliability stages. Wrote technical engineering and manufacturing procedures for fabrication, testing and assembly for Stinger Missile V-I Wing Motor.
