Led Level 2 support team of 10 software engineers, in the United States and the UK, accountable for maintenance releases for 2 software product suites. Documented, investigated, and determined best fixes for customer problems along with team members. Managed software maintenance projects including project management, staffing, status reporting, QA, support training, and release to customers. Handled high-profile customer issues along with team; provided emergency fixes as needed. Delivered 4-8 maintenance releases annually; had at least 2 projects in progress at any given time. Oversaw goal setting and performance management for direct staff, approved expenses and expenditures, as well as hiring and firing of staff.
