Daily Duties at Ca, Inc.:
Led pilot Scrum agile development software program for project team comprised of 100+ members divided into 7 development teams across U.S., UK, and India. Mentored teams on Scrum process and oversaw project tasks. Produced project documentation such as project charter, communication plan, project closure report, etc.; also approved software specifications, quality plans, and change management plan. Allocated resources, identified resource conflicts, and negotiated resolutions. Led change control process ensuring only approved changes were added to project’s scope/backlog. Managed risk issues on projects in conjunction with change control to ensure issues were addressed according to assigned priority and to balance resource constraints when critical customer issues needed to be handled. Published status reports at various levels to meet needs of stakeholders on projects.
