Maintained QA project plans, balancing resources to ensure adequate test coverage across new product and maintenance releases. Developed release criteria standards for new product and maintenance releases. Implemented exploratory testing techniques, increasing test coverage in areas without formal test cases. Provided weekly status and reporting on testing effort and overall quality for software releases. Developed test management system utilizing Microsoft SharePoint. Developed common reporting dashboard to track status of development items, issues, and testing status. Evaluated test automation solutions and made purchase recommendation for new product release.
