* Organized and Staffed Process Engineering Systems and Processes Organization * Managed $6M budget for the 100+ person Manufacturing Engineering/Planning department * Developed and Implemented Process Capability Database to support DFMA activities * Implemented SPC on shop floor which improved process yields by 20% * Implemented Manufacturing Engineering Training and Certification program though the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and certified 75 MEs in CMfgT, and 16 CMfgE. * Developed and Implemented Integrated Process Development system based on Boeing AQS and 6 Sigma process
