Daily Duties at The Boeing Co:
* Organized and staffed Process Engineering Organization * Developed products and processes for new satellite development * Led team of 30 process engineers to develop new processes for hybrid-electronics, PWB products, Antenna products, Batteries, and Assembly and Integration. * Led 6 Sigma Process Improvement team and increased yield on PAM and BFM hybrid electronic modules by 15% which resulted in a $250K yearly savings. * Led team to develop Process Instructions for 46 Key Processes and certify technicians. Improvements decreased Cost of Scrap, Rework, and Repair (CoRRS) by 10% * Implemented SPC on shop floor which improved yield on product by 15% which resulted in $100K yearly savings * Developed and implemented 3 year plan for upgrading of all process instructions.
