Daily Duties at Aveox:
* Implemented Stator Manufacturing Cell and reduced stator manufacturing costs and cycle time by 75% * Implemented Rotor Manufacturing Cell including balancing to reduce rotor cycle time by 50% * Project Manager for missile seeker reflector motor. Put program back on schedule and met delivery and specification requirements * Implemented rotor balancing cell that reduced lead time by two weeks and reduced balancing costs by $30,000 per year. * Led producibility team to improve UAV motor assembly time by 25% and reduced bearing damage by 90% * Authored procedures and implemented Peer Drawing Review Process and Obsolete Component * Identified and created over 60 Engineering Change Orders to improve or correct design and manufacturing issues. * Led team to develop line of standard motors with goal to ship within one week of order. * Operated as Director of Engineering and responsible for scheduling and managing the Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering departments. * Responsible for manufacturing and test (including ESS) for 5 systems for new commercial aircraft.
