* Responsible for Manufacturing, Testing, Machining, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, Purchasing, Stores, Receiving, and Shipping for Brushless DC motors and controllers. * Led production team to increase production by 100% in 6 weeks to deliver 900 additional UAV motors/controllers which resulted in $500,000 in additional sales. * Led production team to reduce cycle time by 66% and produce new motor in 2 weeks * Improved on-time delivery from 50% to 75% with a goal of 95% * Improved inventor accuracy from 60% to 80% with a goal of 95% * Identified and validated contract manufactures for PCB assembly * Implemented detail schedule the track and status production deliveries to improve on-time-delivery * Implemented cycle counting in stores area to increase inventory accuracy * Improved machine shop utilization from 50% to 90% which resulted in an annual cost savings of $150,000 per year * Implemented direct import of SolidWorks CAD file into GibbCAM to reduce N/C Programming time by 50% * Improved Purchasing efficiency though implementation of metrics and Long Term Agreements with suppliers. * Operated as Director of Quality and responsible for customer audits and RCCA
