Utilized Business Analyst role in the development and implementation of JD Edwards’s software application, reducing $5 million in company costs. * P&L budgeting to ensure distribution centers were in financial compliance. * Trained all Operations personnel, including 3 US and 2 Canadian facilities, on the JD Edwards processes. * Used technical writing skills to create process documentation for all Operational functions. * Traveled 50% to the company’s five satellite warehouse for process auditing and operational training. * Developed the customer return’s process and reduced customer complaints by 30%. * Developed Vendor return process to save $2 million for the Supply Chain department. * Other positions held within the company were: o Operations Specialist – Carrollton, TX (2000-2003) o Warehouse Manager – Carrollton, TX (1999-2000) o Warehouse Manager – Atlanta (1997-1999)
