Daily Duties at Spurs Sports & Entertainment:

Instrumental in the development and implementation of the security procedures and Life Safety Plan for the new AT&T Center. Schedule, assign and supervise full and part time security staff. Responsible for all aspects of the Security Department to include security plans, crowd control and emergency response and evacuation. Develop, implement and control security department budget. Coordinate with local, state and federal agencies for major events and VIP security. Develop standard operating procedures for the Security Department to include all patrol activities, report writing and record management. Conduct internal investigations of thefts, fraud and all incidents; present findings to local police for proper follow-up. Continually review security protocol and develop ways to increase security
