Daily Duties at Financial Freedom:
ACTED AS LIASION BETWEEN THE WHOLESALE MORTGAGE DIVISION AND OUTSIDE MORTGAGE BROKERS. ACCOMPLISHED ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND RESOLVING ISSUES TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS OF THE CLOSING OF THE LOAN. REPRESENTED ALL DEPARTMENTS IN ASSISTING BROKERS QUESTIONS (i.e. SUBMISSION, UNDERWRITING, DOC DRAWING AND FUNDING DEPARTMENTS). KNOWLEDGE OF ALL DEPARTMENTS WAS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE POSITION. RESPONDED TO OVER 100 CALLS AND E-MAILS DAILY. THE POSITION OF “OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR” IN THE UNDERWRITING SUPPORT DEPARTMENT ENTAILED SUPERVISING STAFF AS WELL AS TRAINING AND PERFORMING EMPLOYEE REVIEWS. POSITION ALSO ENCOMPASSED BEING A WORKING SUPERVISOR IN RESPONDING TO CALLSAND E-MAILS IN ADDITION TO OVERSEEING THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES.
